My Little Red Car, childhood, cars and photography in the same work

Every car enthusiast has memories of playing with toy cars. And that's precisely what Julien Mélica's work is all about. He's the creator of My Little Red Car, a charming, visually appealing project that will resonate with everyone.

A portrait photographer and enthusiast of beautiful automobiles, he is a seasoned photographer, and a photographer of beautiful images. Beyond portraits, he began to photograph beautiful objects. And that's how My Little Red Car was born. One day, some children were captivated by one of the objects in one of his photos. They eagerly examined the small car within.

Julien Mélica then embarked on a series of photographs where his camera lens focused solely on the toy. The one that captures children's attention... and sparks a beautiful passion.

For My Little Red Car, he draws on everyone's memories. Everyone can have their own little red car. The toys don't need to be in perfect condition; that's also what makes the photo so striking.
